About PubsForSale

PubsForSale is run by a London pub owner. Buying a pub means checking a dozen agents' websites one by one, each with its own search and its own idea of what "leasehold" means. We got tired of that, so we built one place that does it for you.

Every week we gather the pubs that specialist agents are marketing, sort them by region, tenure and price, and link you straight to the agent's own listing. We do not charge buyers and we do not sell the pubs ourselves. To enquire, view or make an offer, you deal directly with the agent.

Why trust a pub owner?

Because we know what matters when you are looking at a pub: the tie, the rent, the accommodation upstairs, the trade you can actually expect. Over time we will add what we learn from running a pub ourselves.
