Privacy notice

PubsForSale (pubsforsale.uk) is published by Jason Murray, London. This notice explains what we collect and why. Last updated 21 October 2026.

What we collect

If you sign up to Last Orders, we store your email address, the date and time you signed up, the page you signed up on, and the wording you agreed to. That is all. If you email us, we keep your message so we can reply.

Why

To send you the weekly Last Orders email with new pubs for sale and pub closures, which you asked for. Our lawful basis is your consent. We do not sell or share your details, and we do not use them for anything else.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and uses no advertising trackers. We count anonymous visit statistics with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or identify you, and we count clicks through to agents' listings (listing, date and the page you came from, never who you are). Our host, Cloudflare, processes basic technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

Where it is kept

Sign-ups are stored in a database run by Cloudflare. When the newsletter launches we may move the list to an email service provider to send it; we will update this page to name them.

Unsubscribe or be deleted

Every email will have an unsubscribe link. You can also email hello@pubsforsale.uk at any time to unsubscribe, to see what we hold about you, or to have it deleted. We will act within a few days. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Listings

Pub listings on this site come from estate agents' public websites. We do not store agents' contact details. Agents can ask us to correct or remove a listing at hello@pubsforsale.uk.
